What is Website Production?

I use the term "Website Production" to encompass all aspects of getting a website online. There is a lot more to a website than just a design, and often times the "web designer" is looked to for answers to technical questions that fall outside the designing realm. I consider myself a producer, a person that oversees all aspects of a project. I can do, not only the design, but also all the setup, content development, coding, handle technical aspects, and outsource for complex tasks if necessary. This method allows me to act as a team manager or fall into the role of a team member to utilize any one of my skills. Every project is unique and requires different methods to accomplish goals.
